Lincoln scoping services policies

Monday through Friday are my working days.

A transcript must be received by 12 p.m. to count for that working day. 

Invoicing Schedule

Payment is due within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

New clients will be invoiced upon completion of the job.

Repeat clients will be invoiced the 1st and 15th of every month.

Pricing Policies

Prices are STARTING points.

Every new client’s first transcript will be charged the listed price. After completion of the first transcript, the price may need to be adjusted. If so, I will contact you with a personalized per-page quote. 

Things taken into account include number of mistrans/untrans, amount of drops, etc.


Pages charged will be the FINAL page amount after scoping.


Growth Rate

There is a 5% allowed growth rate built into my pricing. This allows for pages created by paragraphing, by lines, etc. Pages within the 5% will be charged the personalized per-page quote.

Pages over the 5% will be charged a transcription rate of double the per-page rate.

EXAMPLE:

A 100-page transcript is received.

After scoping there are 110 pages.

105 pages are charged the per-page rate.

5 pages are charged the transcription rate.
